Order Processing

Every HunniBelle piece is made to order, with production beginning after your purchase is placed.

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the product, availability, and order volume.

Please note that production times do not include shipping transit time.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times depend on your location, the shipping carrier, and the selected shipping method. All delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced or shipped separately and arrive in different packages.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selections
Changes of mind
Personal color or style preferences
Orders placed by mistake

We encourage you to review product descriptions, size charts, and available options carefully before completing your purchase.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your order should arrive exactly as expected. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

When reaching out, please include:

A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the problem

Our team will review your request and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change? Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once processing has started.
